It's exciting!
Finally, I got what I wanted. We're all snowed in. I woke up in the morning expecting a few more snowflakes on the ground, to what turned out to be over 16 inches. This is more snow than in "the blizzard of 1996", which I was too little to remember, but apprarently I was so small that it came up to the tip of my nose.
I love the feeling of being snowed in. We can't go anywhere, so we go out in the snow and then come back inside and eat warm soup and hot chocolate. It brings back a lot of great childhood memories which I miss dearly.

Yet
Strange, yet pleasant when we recall those times in our childhood when a sister or brother tried to protect us from something not good. We didn't understand why they pursued so then, but we do now. You feel warm and safe, someone was looking out for you.
Hope your doing okay up there <3

It's a nostalgic pang..
Our maestro in Disney World for the Candle Light Processional said something like, "you know, good music is always very complex, and every different part is thought of deeply and matters a lot. It is never just one big thing that comes together all at once". I agree with this statement, but that is not always the case. Sometimes, 'good music' does just come all at once.
